I grew up in southern Anne Arundel County, Maryland, between Washington DC., and Baltimore in a beautiful beach community.  Oh, I love the beaches, people, water, and wild life there.  It is still my favorite place in the world.  I traveled around the U.S.A. a little bit before  I met my awesome husband.  We have 3  incredible children!  My labors were awesome, intense and powerful.  I have attended births for over 20 years, and am still learning at each of them, and I know that will never change!  I first became a Doulas of North America, now DONA International certified Doula.  After attending a Bradley Method birth, I had to learn more about it, and so I did.  I then became a Bradley certified childbirth educator.  I was certified for a couple of years, continuing Doula services, and attended a second birth with a family I had been with for their first birth.  This mother is very educated and really researched her childbirth education possibilites.  She chose Hypnobabies.  The birth was absolutely life altering for me!  I had to learn more about it, and so I did.  I then became certified as a Hypnobabies Childbirth Instructor.  I am so happy to be able to offer this to parents.  I have strong faith in a body's ability to take care of itself, and have seen this in action at many births.  I love my children, husband, animals, anything nature, , friends and family.  Did I say the world?  So glad to be here!
