Hello, and welcome!  I am offering Birth and Post Partum Doula services, as well as Hypnobabies Hypnosis for Childbirth Classes for the Baltimore, Washington, and Annapolis areas of Maryland and Northern Virginia. I am a Birth Doula, certified through DONA.org, and a Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis Instructor, certified through Hypnobabies.com, and a former Husband Coached Childbirth Instructor, certified through The Bradley Method. I enthusiastically teach families about pregnancy and birth, with background in the Natural Childbirth area.

Hypnobabies puts my philosophy into words in a beautiful way. “Encouraging women to explore what they already know; to go within to give birth, and to trust in their bodies and their babies. To use the incredible power inside to guide them to a place of bliss, and joy as they bring forth life.

I believe that birth is a normal, natural process.  A positive, joyful birth becomes a reality when women make confident decisions based on fact rather than fear or misinformation, when they are supported fully by their partners and providers, and when they allow themselves to relax and enjoy the process.  My goal is to facilitate your learning and to instill confidence in your ability to give birth naturally.
